Paul has 18 years of professional experience as an investigator, specializing in fire investigations and insurance fraud. He has conducted and supervised hundreds of complex investigations for the insurance industry and corporate sector. As a former insurance adjuster with a major third-party administrator, Paul brings special insight to insurance matters. He is cognizant of the critical issues of liability and subrogation and recommends case direction to mitigate clients' exposure. Additionally, Paul has held several high-level security management positions in retail organizations where he successfully minimized inventory shortages. He has developed extensive contacts in the law enforcement community. Paul has received on-going training in all aspects of investigation, including arson, fraud and legal research.

Adria has spent her career working in the public, private and corporate sectors in Investigations and/or Security Management. While concentrating on asset protection, Adria has successfully contributed to the profit-maximization goals of ".com" start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Adria has written and presented training seminars for all organizational levels in the areas of loss prevention measures and investigative process. She co-chaired the New England Association of Retail Loss Prevention Managers and is currently involved with several associations where the focus is education regarding hot fraud topics and new investigative methods. Selected as a Special Investigator with the Criminal Division of the Attorney General's Office, Adria has honed her skills by conducting and supervising various types of investigations for legal, insurance and corporate clients. Adria obtained a Paralegal Certification and has earned the prestigious Certified Protection Professional designation, recognizing her as a leader in the security profession.
